Timeline

Building is set to begin in August of 2024. The first to commit to their buildings will have the opportunity to customize/elect from a variety of options, including the choice of bathroom and/or office space

Building Specs & Pricing

  • Full buildings are 2,500 sq ft, or duplex-style at 1,250 sq ft as an individual unit

  • Prices will start at $164,900 / unit or $324,900 for an entire building and this includes all of the features listed below.       *Note - pricing will increase after each phase of buildings - if you are interested, do not wait!

  • Conveniently located 2 blocks off of Reedsburg's Main St, on Wengel Dr

Features

  • Fully insulated and heated (2 heaters per building, each controlled by their own thermostat)

  • 14' ceilings with 13' overhead doors

  • ADA compliant, 56sq ft bathroom with sink, mirror & toilet

  • 130 sq ft office with built-in heat/AC unit, two windows to outside & one window into the shop area

  • *The bathroom and/or office can be omitted, which will decrease your base cost

  • Units & buildings are on a first come, first serve basis. Prices will increase after the first 6 units - so let us know if you would like to discuss more about getting in early!
